Give Your Face A Good Workout ! (Facial Exercises For Wrinkles)

FORGET EXPENSIVE CREAMS...GET RID OF WRINKLES WITH THESE SIX FACIAL EXERCISES:

We spend so much time exercising our bodies, it's easy to forget about the one part that everyone looks at mos-our face. It's packed with muscles, and you can use these six simple exercises to firm them up. It takes only 10-15 minutes a day to smooth those wrinkles using these techniques.

YOUTHFUL GLOW:

* With index fingers and thumbs, massage your face in small rotations.
* Massage up towards the top rim again for about a minute. This action stimulates the flow of blood to the face.
* Finally, using small, quick, circular movements, begin to massage all the crevices and the spiral of the ears.
* Use the pads of your index fingers.

LOWER-EYELID LIFT:

* Place pads of middle fingers at outer corners of each eye.
* Slowly raise lower eyelids as though squinting into the sun. Do this in four to six upward movements.
* With lower lids still raised, close your eyes and squeeze tightly upwards, or almost close the lids.
* Hold for a count of 10. Now slowly release, open eyes, relax and breathe.
* Repeat once more.
* Make sure your eyes always look straight ahead.

SMOOTH FOREHEAD LINES:

* Place all your fingers just above your raised eyebrows.
* Close your eyes and feel a strong pull downward with your brow, eyes and nose.
* At the same time push up slowly with your fingers on the forehead from eyebrows to hair line-and hold for five minutes. Repeat once.
* This is like ironing out your wrinkles.

TURKEY NECK ELIMINATOR:

* Raise your chin while slowly drawing up the centre of your lower lip over your top lip.
* Place your tongue tip at the base of your gums. Hold for ten minutes, relax, repeat once again.

LOWER-FACE LIFT:

* Place lower lip over top lip. Stretch chin up, and smile.
* Lift chin slightly. Hold for six to 10 counts. Release slowly and repeat once more.
* This will help to get rid of jowls.

BASIC UPPER-CHEEK LIFT:

* Place three fingers on each side of the face, in the hollow of your cheeks just below the cheekbones.
* The back teeth should be lightly touching the top lip slightly raised.
* Slowly lift the upper cheek muscles in six movements.
* Hold for a count of six, making small pulsing movements.
* Return slowly in six movements repeat.
* Keep your eyes relaxed.

HOW TO DO IT?

* There is no cream that can lift a muscle -you have to exercise it. Facial muscles can be trained to become firm and strong.
* Work your face muscles for at least 10 minutes a day, four days a week. When you have built the muscles, two days is sufficient.
* Do the exercises at any time as long as you are not tired.
* Learn a few exercises, and then play music that follows your rhythm.
* Use a mirror to check what you are doing.
* Muscles should feel stronger in the first fortnight. Subsequently you will notice changes.
* Results depend on age-some see improvements in two months, for others it may take four months.
* Like all exercise, you need to work at it.

FACIAL EXERCISES FOR TENSION FREE & BEAUTIFUL FACE...

FACIAL EXERCISES: A QUICK FRESHENER AND TONER:

Tension shows in your face when your features look drawn and your expressions frozen and rather set. A good laugh is the best way to relax a tense face, but this exercise routine will help you to liberate and tone the key muscles quickly: try it when you are sitting in the bath , not at the traffic lights...

1. Scrunch up your whole face for a few seconds so that your is wrinkled, your forehead furrowed, and your eyes and mouth are tightly closed.

2. Do the opposite: open your mouth and eyes as wide as you can (as if you are silently screaming) to release your throat muscles.

3. Close your mouth again, purse your lips, and push your mouth up to the left, then to the right.

4. Rin-as if from ear to ear - open your eyes wide again.

5. Hold and repeat the grin, but this time, tuck in your chin to tighten your neck muscles.
